Detach the battery
At first, you have to detach the negative terminal of the battery. Now follow it for the positive terminal too.

Dump the fluid inside the coolant
Make sure you have disconnected the battery. Now, you have to dump all the fluids from the inside of the coolant. There is a plug located under the radiator. Remove ⅜ inch hose

Disassemble Up Radiator Hose And Battery From Drivers Position
In this step, you have to remove the radiator hose from the upper portion. You need to pop the clip of wire and pull off the upper radiator hose. Now, remove the battery, and you are done with this step!
Disassemble Vent Line And The Hoses
You have work to do here. There is a coolant hose on the degas bottle. You have to remove that hose and then remove the vent line that is located on the tray of the battery.

Make the hose clamp relinquish
There is an intercooler tube on the driver’s side. You have to make the clamp lose on the intercooler tube. However, you do not need to remove the tube itself. Even though, you have to make the rubber boot separate from it.
Discard the electrical connector and the deck of coolant
Did you notice the electrical wire on the EGR cooler? It is located on the top and you have to unplug it. Further, remove the coolant lines located on the vertical EGR cooler.
Moreover, remove every nuts and bolt that hold the coolers. Then, remove the mounting clamp and remove the coolers.
Take off the plastic coolant trench and the cooler

Take out the radiator stocking and EGR cooler
Go to the thermostat housing and take off the radiator hose. Now take off the EGR cooler located on the upper side.
Take out the steering shaft along with fasteners
The clamps are located on the lower EGR cooler. First of all, you have to remove the EGR cooler and the upper radiator. After doing so, remove the steering shaft bolt and then the steering box shaft.
There is a nut that holds the dipstick tube. Locate that nut and remove it. Further, remove all the clamps located on the lower EGR cooler.
Disassemble the coolant shaft from the EGR cooler
There is a coolant line of the EGR cooler. You have to remove that coolant line. Now locate the EGR cooler’s back angle and disassemble all the nuts and bolts that are holding it. Now remove the EGR cooler itself.
Disassemble lower EGR cooler padlocks
There are bolts on the lower EGR cooler mount. You need to remove those bolts. To do that, you need to follow the line which joins the lower EGR cooler.
Fit in the fresh bolts and exhaust barriers
Now install the new exhaust blocks and the new bolts. You need to reverse the disassembling process.
